  1. Open QuickBooks Online.
  2. Navigate to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Follow the same step 3-4 times.

Troubleshooting Step 2: Clean Browser’s Cache files

For Google Chrome

  1. If you are using Google Chrome as your web browser then for clearing the cache, type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the address bar and press Enter.
  2. Checkmark the Cached images and files box.
  3. Click Clear data button.

For Firefox

  1. Type about:preferences#privacy in the address bar of your Firefox browser and press Enter.
  2. Click clear your recent history button.
  3. Checkmark Cache from the list and tap Clear now.

For Internet Explorer

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Checkmark Temporary Internet files and website files checkbox on the Delete Browsing History page.
  3. Press Delete.

For Safari

  1. Click the Develop tab from the top.
  2. Then click the Empty Caches.

Steps to Disconnect Bank account from QuickBooks Online

  1. Click Banking from the left side panel and then select Banking.
  2. Click the Edit icon on your account that you want to disconnect.

  1. From the Banking tab on the left, click Add Account.
