Hi,

Although you don't need to do anything, we wanted to let you know that the following apps may no longer be able to access some data in your Google Account, including your Gmail content. If these apps are unable to meet the deadline to comply with our updated data policy requirements, they'll lose access to your Account starting July 15th, 2019.

You can always view, manage, and remove apps you've given access to your account by visiting your Google Account.

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop and from under the Edit tab click Preferences.
  2. Select Send Form and then click Add.
  3. Now choose the email service provider that you are using and enter your email address.
  4. Make sure the Use Enhanced Security box is check marked.
  5. Click OK.
  6. If QuickBooks asks you to log in to your Intuit® account, then enter the login credentials and click sign in.
  7. Now sign in to your Google account and grant QuickBooks the permission to access data from your Google account.
